The view that greets you at the entrance to the Green Horizon Showground
This is the website announcing a very new and very Green festival, to be held in Monmouthshire over the Midsummer Solstice in June 2009. Unlike most festivals, which are just for a few days duration, we aim to “carry it on” all year, every year.

Our showground is on the banks of the River Wye in the beautiful Wye Valley. Unlike most other showgrounds, the site has had extensive drainage installed, and access roads throughout the site, eliminating the possibility of a muddy washout!! If you want to paddle around in mud up to the top of your wellies, best to book some Glastonbury tickets instead!!
