I am planning to use this as the base stream from which to add more content.  I plan to develop a brand and a website and a schedule.  I am planning to bring in debates (live and archived) and live streams as resources permit.

If I click on 'Listen' it offers to download a pls file - what do I need to run it? Real Audio Player?

I would recommend VLC

although appearing somewhat basic - it can handle the most types of media and is uber reliable.
